I’m Caitlin! Im a Fitness Coach & Registered Nurse who helps women build more muscle, lose body fat and overall live a healthier lifestyle !

I transitioned from in person to online fitness coaching in order to help serve more women like you 🫵🏾

Why do I help women like you?

I remember the EXACT feeling of going into the gym and not knowing what workouts to do or even how to structure it.

Not only that I had absolutely no idea about the types of food to eat in order to help me reach my fitness goals…

And it SUCKED. I tried everything & it didn’t seem to work. So I want to help other women get over that same hump from taking the wrong approach to finally taking the right approach !

Here are more fun facts about me:

  • I love working out

  • I love to cook & try new foods

  • I’ve been a Registered Nurse for 2 & 1/2 years

  • I enjoy making content for my clients

  • I played volleyball, softball, gymnastics, track, swimming & karate etc

  • I won most athletic in high school yearbook 🤙🏾

Back in 2018, I was googling meal plans, following Youtube videos & doing a bunch of random HIIT workouts. I knew It wasn’t the right approach to reach the goals I had set for myself. I had to be more intentional & my previous approach just lacked structure.

And after months of doing that and seeing no results…

I found a simpler approach that I have used over the last couple of years to shape my physique, consistently build more muscle & sustain my results long term 😁

I used this approach with not only myself but with my clients that also allowed them to end the cycle of starting & stopping, and going into the gym with no clear plan…

I did this while still being able to eat the foods I still love, AND without having to spend 6-7 days a week in the gym. And you can too!

I post daily content on Fitness, Nutrition, and the lifestyle change so you can implement it into your life too !
